1 Year Around South America With Workaway
Costa Rica!
The journey will begin September 13 leaving Los Angeles and arriving the 14th in Costa Rica.
We will stay at Martin's farm. Martin has a cocoa plantation in Bribri, a town located in the southeast of Costa Rica in the province of Limón. There we will spend 1 month helping in the manufacture of cocoa, discovering the culture of Costa Rica and enjoying all the activities that the area has to offer.
One month after coming to Costa Rica, we are going to spend two weeks with Alba, a Spanish girl who arrived a few years ago to Costa Rica to live in an 20 acre farm located in a valley surrounded by forest and the beautiful Jicotea river.
Making a small vegetable garden from scratch, building a spring water catchment or constructing a community kitchen and a cabin in the woods are just few of the many things we will be able to enjoy with Alba.
By now you should be asking... What else?
Well, the next stop is a secret, but we'll reveal a little teaser: Venezuela!
